Shane and Shanna decided to start their own business after making holsters together just as a fun hobby. With their passion for guns, they spent time coming up with new designs and ideas for these holsters. Family and friends were placing orders and after a while, they figured it was time to put a name with their product. They came up with ARMA Tactical because ARMA is Latin for "arms" or "weapons," and the products they make are made to suit that. One day they hope to expand and offer other types of products, like hybrid holsters, leather holsters and knife products.

In 1990, a Navy SEAL was navigating a minefield when his pack failed. As his gear tumbled to the ground, he vowed that if he got out of there alive he would make gear the right way. Today this obsession with quality applies to everything we do. We’re constantly researching, refining and perfecting every detail to provide gear that won’t let you down. Because we’re not just making stuff. We’re honoring a vow.

Skyline Toolworks LLC brought Clipdraw to market in 1995 and has remained a family run business since inception. Recognizing a need for alternatives to the traditional holster, Clipdraw effectively and efficiently designed models to fit nearly every semi-auto and revolver on the market, both then and today.

Our original holsters are IWB (In the waist band) holsters. The smaller sizes also work well for in the pocket use. The construction of the holster uses the pressure from your clothing waistband to secure both the holster and the gun. They don’t come with clips or loops to secure it in place, as the outer “sticky” skin adheres to your waistband, undergarments and/or your skin. Since our inception, we have developed these holsters into a modular system, where you can use it IWB, in the pocket, on your ankle using our ankle rig and for police officers, on their tactical/armored vest, using our B.U.G. Pad.
